Project Overview

Cau Steakhouse continues the story of a brand that began as a small butcher shop in Floreasca and evolved into an intimate, sophisticated restaurant. The interior combines striking meat-inspired symbols with modern, artistic decor. A central red bovine head, reinterpreted as a sculptural centerpiece, highlights the restaurant's essence: careful selection of the finest cuts. Surrounding it, circular geometric forms and contrasting colors – deep red, vibrant blue, and crisp white – are expressed through a mural that radiates energy, precision, and vitality. Together, these elements create a space where heritage meets refinement, reflecting both the origins of the place and the artistry of its cuisine.
